You are required to submit a lien waiver with every pay application. Depending on your circumstance please make sure to attach the appropriate lien waiver. Please do not modify the language in any way.
Note: These waivers are valid once payment has been made.
Subcontractor Partial Release and Waiver of Claims
- To be used by the Subcontractor only. This document MUST accompany every pay application before we can release payment.
Subcontractor Final Release and Waiver of Claims
- To be used by the subcontractor when billing for retainage.
If a Joint Check agreement of Notice of Furnishing has been issued then we will need waivers from your suppliers as well. Please include the appropriate waiver along with your pay application and subcontractor waiver.
Supplier Partial Waiver of Liens and Release
- To be used when a notice of furnishing has been received.
Supplier Final Waiver of Liens and Release
- To be used when a notice of furnishing has been received.
Original copies of the Payment Applications should be mailed directly to our office. Electronic copies can be emailed to our Accounting Department at rperez@southconbuilding.com
