Our experience encompasses commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional projects.  We hold an unlimited General Contractor’s license in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.  We have LEED Accredited Professionals on staff to aid in the planning and construction of sustainable projects.  Our expertise is working as a project team member in a way that increases cooperation, improves quality and schedule, and maximizes value for our clients. Chris Spach

President and CEO, founded SouthCon Building Group, LLC in 2008 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer.  Chris has over 30 years of Commercial General Contracting experience and began his early years in construction working in numerous capacities in the field.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 1991 from East Carolina University and presently holds unlimited licensing in SC, NC, and Georgia. Chris has been licensed in Commercial General Contracting since 1992 and became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2005. Chris serves on the Department of Construction Management Advisory Board at East Carolina University. During his many years in General Contracting, Chris developed expertise in all facets of Construction through hands-on experience in delivering high quality projects. With his leadership, SouthCon has grown into a financially strong organization staffed with a talented team of Construction Professionals.
